You can take out your car insurance or any other
insurance from any
insurance company you prefer or that suits you.
For your insurance
claims, it's sufficient to
send a customer request to
MNI via email or provide the claim number via message. Documents will
be collected promptly, and claims will be settled within the next fifteen
working days.
A reminder and link for policy renewal will be
sent to your registered
mobile number via SMS thirty days in advance.
You can renew your
policy from wherever you are
using the link sent to
you. Alternatively, upon your request, a company officer will visit in
person to collect the renewal cheque and send the updated policy to
your registered email. The original policy document will be mailed to
your address.
